Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before it starts. To prioritize the best scheduling options for our guests, we require 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, you agree to have the card on file automatically billed 100% of the estimated total for the booked services. If the cancellation fee cannot be paid with the card on file, payment may be made via Zelle or Venmo.
